The Client Care Program is designed to make it easy for you to keep in touch with clients, thank them for their business and most importantly retain them.

There are various opportunities to customize your chocolate gifts and order in quantities that makes sense for your client base and budget.

You earn the clients. We send them your choice of gifts. Gifts can include a personalized note on your note cards or ours along with your business cards, catalogs or brochures.

Custom Options

DeLoache Chocolate creates Identity Chocolates - your corporate logo in colored cocoa butter atop dark chocolate truffles. Or choose from standard designs and create a look that sends the message you want. Customize boxes with your choice of ribbon colors and send a strong branding message with a custom card on your wood box.

Quantity Management

"What if I only have a few clients? Will the chocolate be fresh?"
You choose your quantity plan and send chocolate as needed. You can send one at a time. Your chocolate is made to order and always fresh. When you've exhausted your inventory, simply order again.

Product Choices

Bigger clients, bigger gifts. You can order any variety of items and use them as you wish. Tiered boxes and baskets are available at the standard 20% corporate discount with no minimum as long as you have an active order.

Getting Started

Complete the Client Care Program information form and place your first order. Send us your business cards and/or corporate note cards. When you're ready to ship, send us your addresses on our mailing label template. For Identity Chocolate or custom boxes, email your corporate logo in eps and pdf format and we will create a proof free of charge; or schedule a visit to view your options.
