Product Information: The shelf life for solid chocolate is 9 months, filled chocolate and truffles is 3 months. Store in a cool dry place, do not refrigerate.

Receiving: Plan to receive your shipment, especially during warm weather.

Shipping: FOB DeLoache Chocolate, Annapolis, MD 21401

Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit. In case of damage, purchaser must either refuse shipment or contact shipping agent for claim.

Returns: No returns are accepted unless authorized by DeLoache Chocolates, LLC. No returns will be authorized after 7 days from date of delivery. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Warm Weather Shipping: Normal shipping fees apply to: UPS ground territory from MD in one day within:  MD, DC, DE, NJ, PA (except western PA), VA (except western VA) and the Raleigh Durham area of NC. All other states/areas will have expedited shipping charges in warm months. Please see our shipping policy below.

Shipping Policy: DeLoache Chocolate makes every effort to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. Temperatures above 70 degrees may require expedited shipping or packaging with ice. Because final shipping charges are dependent upon the weather, they are not able to be calculated at the time of order. If the cost for special shipping either exceeds the cost of the item(s) ordered or $25, DeLoache Chocolate will contact you to discuss your order.
