Philip DeLoache, president and chocolatier, had a 30-year career in behavioral healthcare prior to opening DeLoache Chocolate in 2004. As a psychologist he worked in a clinical setting early in his career and after completing his MBA moved to healthcare administration.
It was time for a change. Philip has been a lifelong food lover and recreational chef. The decision to form DeLoache Chocolate came after much introspection, industry research, and professional chocolatier training. The result, DeLoache Chocolate!
